Together we will work on key areas in a three-stage integrative process. 

Bio-individuality: The concept of bio-individuality is that each person has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, together we will work on making positive changes that are based on your unique make up, food sensitivities, lifestyle and goals.

Primary Food: It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. Together we will reflect on these elements in your life to seek out imbalances to reset.

Holistic Facials

Step away from your busy life, stop and recalibrate.

All our Holistic Facials begin with a 15-minute well-being consultation, where we will explore any underlying conditions that could be contributing to stress and overwhelm.

This holistic experience works to rebuild the foundations of wellness, reduces stress and balances the skin.

In our initial consultation we will reflect on your current situation, past impacts, struggles you face, what makes up you as part of a full Health History. We will repeat this reflecting stage throughout the process to measure progress and growth.


Working together we will build a plan including introducing and exploring new foods, activities, and methods to live a healthier, happier life. Fully supported by recipe ideas, introductory sessions, reference materials and more.


Working through the trial and test process for what works for you and your lifestyle it’s time to relaunch you, completing the program with new found skills and confidence, looking & feeling great. Continued support & inspiration through our community channels is on tap along with supporting more goals by developing further plans for you.



Initial Consultation

  • A 60 minute consultation
  • Full Health History, covering current lifestyle, habits and eating patterns
  • Initial Recommendations for you, comprising of:
    • Personalised holistic nutrition action plan + wellbeing guide
    • Session notes
  • Develop small goals to get you started
  • Meal inspiration suited to your lifestyle and budget 
  • Relevant handouts
  • Email support between sessions


Follow up

Available via Clinic or Skype.

  • 45 minute consultation
  • Review of goals and set goals for the next sesssion
  • Strategies to deal with any challenges
  • Holistic Nutrition plan reviewed, added to and modified as necessary
  • Personalised Nutrition Plan finalised
  • Relevant handouts
